We are arranging a full programme of social events for delegates. Delegates can book any of these events during the registration process. Alternatively, delegates who have already registered can return to their booking to add any of the social events (while places are still available). The provisional schedule is:

Monday 6 July

18:30-late Football tournament at John Bright Leisure Centre
18:15-late Tour of Conwy Castle & dinner

Tuesday 7 July

19:30-late Alpine sports evening at Ski Llandudno

Wednesday 8 July

18:00-19:30 Pre-conference dinner networking session
19:30-22:00 Conference dinner and RAS awards ceremony at Venue Cymru
